FAQ’s

I can easily scale any item in the store for you.
Always happy to print any custom orders too.

For either just message me on the contacts page to chat so we can sort out what you need and get the correct scale.

If there is an issue with an order please just use the contact page to message me with the order reference number and the issue, I will resolve any problems.

You do not need to wash or clean any prints, this has already been done.

You may need to just give your order a once over with a hobby knife to check there are no supports left, this should only take a couple of minutes. You can all so lightly sand any areas if needed.

FDM orders may require more assembly, I recommend using superglue for all orders, then just a quick once over to check everything looks okay.

You will then need to prime your order with an undercoat of acrylic primer, any brand will do but i get great results with colour forge sprays.

For FDM printers I use Prusa printers, they have excellent quality prints and have consistent results every time.

For resin prints I use Uniformation printers, yet again great quality and consistent results.

Your order may be delivered in a recycled box or packaging, I try to use as much recycled packaging as possible to save on cost and to help the environment.

For international shipping you can use my Etsy store, Etsy will calculate the IOSS for you and any taxes for your region.

Tariffs have been added to our shipping costs so when arriving at your destination no other fees should need to be paid.
